Can I have a free trial or a demo?

How can I upgrade or downgrade my subscription plan?
Please reach out to a member of our team at here to learn how you can change your subscription plan.
Can I share my subscription with someone else?
No, subscriptions are on per user basis. However, we do have team subscriptions available. Select the right subscription for your team in the subscription builder above.
What payment methods are accepted for the subscriptions?
Payment can be accepted via invoice or credit card. The following credit cards are accepted:
- Visa, Mastercard and Maestro
Can I cancel my subscription at any time?
Yes, subscriptions can be cancelled with one months notice sent to website@czapp.com
What are Live prices?
The premium subscription includes access to 15 min delayed pricing from the exchange within the market data section. This can be upgraded to live market prices upon a user’s request for an additional cost. Please get in touch if you would like more information at website@czapp.com.
