CS Brazil Exports
- Offtake has slowed down this week, with only 250kmt of raws nominated in CS.
- The volume added takes October nominations up to 3.6mmt.
- So far, 2.3mmt have sailed and given the average pace of operations we believe it is unlikely to see the full volume exported this month.
- Nonetheless, we expect to see around 3.3mmt exported in October which would be a record for the month.
- The NNE is also seeing a good pace in offtake.
- With 2 months in the new 20/21 season, October exports could be one of the highest in 9 years.
Destinations
- Out of the new nominations this week, 41kmt are for Iraq – Q4 offtake so far totals 0.13mmt.
- One vessel for UAE, this week taking total Q4 nominations to 300kmt so far.
- And 47kmt for Algeria.
