  • By far, China is the main oftaker of Brazilian sugar this quarter.
  • Although we have not seen fresh nominations this week for China, vessels that had the destination confirmation pending are now listed as heading to China.
  • Currently total offtake stands at 1.3mmt – which is the largest volume since 2013.
  • As for the nominations this week, there is new volume for Canada, Iraq and Malaysia – one vessel each.
