• Nominations have fallen again, with 215kmt added to Centre South line up this week; 
  • With two more weeks of nominations to go, it looks like September total exports are set to end as the lowest in over 10 years; 
  • Iran was the main offtaker of the week with 60kmt.

  • As of today, CS Brazil raws exports are 1.5mmt lower yoy – last season cumulative exports until the 12th of September had totalled 8.4mmt; 
  • Despite an expected sugar output reduction of 1mmt from last season, availability is not the problem – as we have detailed in this report; 
  • Offtake has been extremely slow due to the current wold surplus environment.

  • This week, 50.5kmt were nominated to Saudi Arabia – total offtake in Q3 stands at 407kmt; 
  • For Middle East as well, 60kmt nominated for Iran – cumulative exports to this destination this quarter totals 171kmt.
