- We’ve also launched two new Opinion series, focussing on the wheat and dairy industries.
We’ve Got More Interactive Data!
- Allow us to introduce you to the brand new Czapp Sugar News Feed. This new module, powered by artificial intelligence, allows you to view all the relevant sugar news on an around-the-clock basis to ensure you’re always up-to-date with what is going on in the industry across the globe.
- You can filter the stories you’re seeing by location, and with each headline you receive a short summary so you can truly know if it will be of interest to you before clicking on it.
- This content is completely free and ready to be used by everyone on Czapp.

- This new component allows you to view the data that is included in our Opinion discussing the viability of India exporting sugar, only in a more interactive and engaging way.

- Another new addition to the Interactive Data section is the Europe Crop Model.
- Here, you are able to view Europe’s balance sheets, crop yields and acreage. And very soon, you’ll be able to view all of the European import and export data as well.
- This content is premium, however, so can only be accessed by users with Premium or Super Premium access.

Content, Content, Content!
We’ve Welcomed Two New Writers and Launched Two New Series: Wheat and Dairy
- This month, we welcomed two new writers on board!
- Tom Soutter is in the process of writing a seven-part dairy series for Czapp, covering all the key aspects of the industry. So far he’s discussed the markets of New Zealand, the USA, and Europe. He’s now focussing on more specific dairy products, such as skimmed milk powder (SMP) and butter.
- Jolyon Hobby is our new wheat expert. So far, he has written two pieces for us, the first being an introduction to wheat, whilst the most recent piece discussed The Wacky World of Kansas Wheat.
We’ve Started Publishing a Daily Futures Commentary
- Jon Whybrow, from Czarnikow’s Derivatives team, has recently started writing a Daily Futures Commentary.
- This piece provides a concise summary of what is happening with the futures market every day.
- This is another piece of free content, which is designed to enable all Czapp users to have easy access to a snappy and approachable explanation of what is going on in the market.
What’s Next for Czapp?
- We will soon be launching an Ingredients Pricing section, where you will receive regular updates on key price information for a wide variety of ingredients.
- From the analytical side, there are lots more exciting plans in place to ensure the Interactive Data section continues to become increasing more useful for all Czapp users. Keep your eyes peeled for some new arrivals as we move into the New Year.
